The Hay-List is a cartoon. This website is a fan-facing brochure for it, and it tries to know as little about you as possible.
What we collect
- No accounts, no forms. The site only sets cookies if you agree to analytics (see below).
- Visitor counts: we use Google Analytics to see which pages and cartoons people like. It only sets cookies if you say “Sure” in the cookie box; if you say “No thanks”, Google receives only anonymous, cookie-free pings. The same analytics runs on our shop (shop.thehaylist.farm) so we can see how visitors move between the site and the shop. Changed your mind? Clear this site’s data in your browser and you’ll be asked again.
- Email: if you write to us, we see your email address and message and use them only to reply.
Outside services
- YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube only stores data once you press play. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Fonts are hosted on this site, so your browser doesn’t contact Google Fonts.
- The shop at shop.thehaylist.farm is run by Fourthwall, which has its own privacy policy for orders and payments.
- Social links (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) take you to those platforms, where their own rules apply.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (like IP addresses) to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare also counts visits for us (Cloudflare Web Analytics): it sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and doesn’t track you across sites, so it needs no consent.
